Scott Bilby is a partner in Caldwell’s Financial Services Practice, and a member of the New York office. Scott has established a 15-year track record of success in completing executive-level searches focused on global fundraising/investor relations assignments for leading alternative investment and asset management firms. Scott has amassed a deep and impressive knowledge of the markets he serves.
Scott is exceptionally adept at engaging and assessing some of the most successful professionals in the business. By winning the confidence and trust of these top-performers, he is able to position his clients with a competitive edge in the hard fought battle for talent. Over the years, Scott has completed numerous search assignments for many of the most significant alternative investment firms globally.
Experience
Prior to entering the search industry, Scott was a finance manager and member of the mergers & acquisitions group with Sedgwick James, responsible for financial analysis and reporting. He began his career with International Paper as a facility controller, having transitioned from the firm’s financial management program.
Education
Scott earned an MBA in finance from Pace University and a BS in accounting from Fairfield University.
