About Kristin
Kristin Hebert is the managing partner of Caldwell’s Legal Practice and San Francisco office. She focuses on the recruitment of senior legal, operations, functional, compliance, regulatory and government affairs talent. Her clients include large and small, as well as public and private companies across many industries, including financial services, aerospace and defense, industrial, consumer products, retail, healthcare, life sciences, and technology. She also represents professional services firms.
Experience
Kristin concentrates on senior legal and compliance talent, including chief legal officers, chief financial officers, chief privacy officers, general counsels, chief compliance officers, ethics officers, in-house lawyers and government relations professionals at the senior level. She also conducts strategic searches for law firms for partners, practice groups, and executive firm administration.
Before joining Caldwell, Kristin held leadership roles at Heidrick & Struggles, Highland Partners and Kristin Hebert Associates, a search firm she started in 1993.
Education
Kristin earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Southern California in 1987.
